  • Jolene & Robert  Winter

    Jolene & Robert Winter Funeral Home Owners

    Jolene graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1998. She is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana to help serve all families in the Tri-State area.
    Jolene was born and raised in the small town of Fall River, WI. She met her husband Robert while attending mortuary school. Jolene and her husband Robert live next door to the funeral home in Harrison and have two daughters: Lydia and Gertrude "Gigi." Jolene enjoys gardening, hunting (deer and elk), golfing, and spending time with her family. Robert works for Life Center Organ and Tissue Donation as a director. He helps out around the funeral home but is not a licensed funeral director. If he has free time he loves to golf and vacation with his family.

    Robert and Jolene are members of St. Johns the Baptist Church in Harrison. Their daughters:
    Lydia and Gigi are very active and they enjoy soccer, volleyball, softball and spending time with friends.

  • Jack Wenning

    Jack Wenning Funeral Director / Embalmer

    Jack Wenning joined Brater Funeral Home in January of 1996. He has been licensed as a funeral director and embalmer since 1971 in Ohio and is also licensed in Indiana. He feels that it has been a privilege to serve both of these community locations. Jack and John have known each other since 1968. Jack is known as one of the finest embalmers in the entire Greater Cincinnati Area.

  • Jordyn Schaich

    Jordyn Schaich Funeral Home Assistant

    Jordyn has been an assistant at Brater Winter Funeral Home since March of 2018. She has grown up in Bright, Indiana and loves being a part of the community. She is starting her education at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in the Fall of 2018. Jordyn enjoys the opportunity to assist and help families who are going through the loss of a loved one.
