Michael Glen Bouher, 70, of Cleves, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, May, 9, 2021. He was born in Bloomington, Indiana on July 9, 1950 to William Robert Bouher and Lula Josephine (Hoke) Bouher. Mike was a loving and devoted husband and best friend to his wife: Christina Marie (Kaiser) Bouher. They were married on October 7, 1988 and spent 32 years happily together. They enjoyed traveling the United States and camping with friends. Mike was an avid fisherman and hunter. In the past, he fished many bass tournaments as a member of the Hoosier Bassmaster’s. He also fished crappie tournaments throughout Ohio with his wife. Pheasant hunting took him out west to South Dakota with his wife and son. They had a memorable trip the year Mike’s dog got “skunked.” He loved sharing his catch at his famous fish fry’s. His bear rug surprised many little ones at his home. Mike will be missed by his many friends in Florida where he and his wife wintered for many years in their camper. He was a member of the Indiana Free Masonry, Ellettsville Lodge No. 245.
Survivors include his loving wife: Christina, and his bonus son Chad (Lori) Feldmann; cherished granddaughter Chloe Feldmann; Brothers-in-law & Sisters-in-law: Doris Schindler, Vera (Ken) Stenger, Mary Jo (Al “Skip) Danzinger, John (Charlotte) Kaiser, Bobby Messer, Fred (Rose Bradley) Kaiser. Also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, his brother Robert (Shirley) Bouher; sister Karen (Bob) Collins and brothers-in-law: Tom Schindler and Jack Messer.
Visitation will be held at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine Street, Harrison, OH 45030 on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 5 pm to 7 pm. Masonic Service to follow the visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 10 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 10010 Carolina Trace Road, Harrison, OH 45030. Fr. Jeffrey Kemper officiating. Burial to follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in St. Bernard, Ohio.
