Jack C. Doll Jr. passed away in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 20, 2017 at the age of 69. He was born on October 25, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Jack Sr. and Ruth (nee Stapleton) Doll.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary Beth; children: Ray (Jennifer) Doll, Andy (Terri) Doll, and Tim (Jessie) Doll; grandchildren: James, Riley, Ben, Sam, Jacob, Allison, and Reagan; sister: Jill (Bob) Allgeyer; sister-in-law: Nancy Allison and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack Sr. and Ruth (nee Stapleton) Doll and sister Joyce Doll.
Jack was an accomplished musician whose 53 year career included national travel with Baldwin, playing music for the Cincinnati Reds for 30 years, and entertaining dinner guests at Cincinnati venues including The Phoenix, Meadows, and many private engagements. He shared his love of music and entertainment with his nephew, Rob Allgeyer, and many other local musicians. He was known for his humor and lighthearted personality. He couldn't wait to be a grandpa and loved spending time with his family and working in the yard. He had a huge heart and will be missed by everyone that knew him.
A gathering of friends will be Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 2PM-5PM at Brater-Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St., Harrison, Ohio. Services will immediately follow at 5PM.
