Dora Fay (Brock) Perkins Potter

Dora Fay Potter (nee Brock), of Harrison, Ohio passed away August 4, 2020, at the age of 85. She was born in Crab Orchard, Kentucky on March 5, 1935 to Engle and Sallie (nee Anderson) Brock.  Dora was blessed with two children Sandra and Barry with her first husband, Arlas Roberts. If you met Dora, you had a friend for life, as she never met a stranger. Dora loved spending time with her family and friends. She also loved her jewelry, especially rings and watches.

Dora was preceded in death by her first husband: Arlas Roberts, second husband: William Perkins, third husband: Donald Potter; parents: Engle and Sallie Brock, and her brother: Donald Brock.

Dora is survived by her beloved children: Sandra (Michael) White and Barry (Sarah) Roberts; grandchildren: Rachel (Dave) Rhodes, Matthew (Michelle) White, Christopher (Stefanie) White, and Charlie Roberts; great grandchildren: Miles, Evey, and Dani Rhodes, Ethan, Christian, and Aiden White, Claire,  Molly, and Luke White; siblings: Stanley Brock and Engle (Wanda) Brock Jr.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 10, 2020 from 11:00 am until time of service 1 pm, at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St., Harrison, Ohio. Burial to follow at Gibson Cemetery, Bright, Indiana. Due to County requirements, all individuals must wear masks, and each family needs to follow social distancing guidelines of 6 ft.  

Memorials may be made to Mercy West Hospital through the funeral home. You may bring your donation, made payable to Mercy West Hospital, at the time of the visitation and a funeral home representative will be able to assist you.
