Daniel D Piepmeier

Daniel D. Piepmeier, Resident of Sayler Park, passed away on September 8, 2016 at the age of 64. Dan was born on September 27, 1951 in Covington, KY to the lateEmmanuel and Rose (nee Lentz) Piepmeier. He married Kathleen Kathman on May 18, 1974. They were blessed with two children: Doug and Katie. Dan enjoyed coaching softball, Baseball and Basketball and loved golfing. He worked for Richard's Electric Supply as a Sales Rep. Dan was a wonderful grandpa or "Paw Paw" to Emma, Jack & Shelby (twins), Lincoln, Mason and Kelsey. He loved watching the older grandchildren at sporting events. He was known for his special "Sunday Morning Breakfasts," which he did not only with his own children but also his grandchildren.

Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years: Kathy; dear children: Doug (Molly) Piepmeier and Katie (Mark) Moser; Cherished grandchildren: Emma, Jack, Shelby & Lincoln Piepmeier, Mason & Kelsey Moser; Beloved sister and brother: Kathy Spaulding and Ed Piepmeier; the best mother in law he could ever ask for: Winnie May and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sun., Sept. 11, 2016 from 5 to 8 PM at Brater - Winter Funeral Home, 138 Monitor Ave., Sayler Park, 45233. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, at St. Simon Catholic Church, 825 Pontius Rd., 45233.
