Elaine Grigsby Obituary

Elaine (nee Poe) Grigsby, age 73, of Sayler Park, passed away on July 10, 2019. She was born on September 22, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Clayton and Imogene (nee Simpson) Poe. Elaine enjoyed helping and being active in the Cleves Fire Department Auxillary, working in the garden and her yard. She made a mean deviled eggs, sweet potato casseroled, German potato salad.

Survivors include her husband: Johnny J. Grigsby Sr.; children: Anthony "Bones" Hortenberry, Lisa Johnson, Teresa Hortenberry, and JW (Michelle) Hortenberry; Step Children: Johnny Grigsby Jr., Shannon (Jerry) Foley; 9 Grandchildren, 7 Step Grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 138 Monitor Ave., Sayler Park on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 1 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2 PM.
