William E. Breeden, lifelong resident of Harrison, Ohio, passed away at his home on October 23, 2020 at the age of 86. He was born June 2, 1934 to Thomas and Irene (nee Grubbs) Breeden. As a young man Bill served in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed watching college and pro sports and spending time with his family. Many affectionately called him "Sugar Bear."
Bill was the loving husband of Goldie J. (nee Williams) Breeden. Dear father of Keith, Janice (Jack) Collins, Roxanne (Randy) Stapleton, Todd (Randi) Breeden, Ava (Victor) Houston, and the late Danny Breeden. He was also the bonus father of Brenda Hensley, John Nolan and Willard (Denise) Nolan. Cherished grandfather of Jeremy (Shellie) Breeden, Melissa Breeden, Jessica (Brannon) Jackson, Luke Stapleton, Scott Page, Eric Breeden, Bryan Breeden, Kelly Breeden, Nicole Mcnamee, Matthew Bond, Danielle (Darrell) Auwbrey, Stephanie Hensley, Raymond (Angel) Nolan, Lauren (Andrew) Stauffer, Hayse (Shelly) Nolan and Allen Nolan. Great grandpa of Gabe, James, Lileigh, Evan, Amelia, Ainsley, Asher, Scott, Jaxon, Lincoln, Hunter, Jordyn, Sean, Alexis, Jalynn, Dillon, Landon, Blake, Cali & Addison. Dear brother of Sylvia (nee Breeden) Kirchner and brother in law of the late Thomas Kirchner. Dear uncle to Beth (Mike) Raines and Amanda Kirchner. Great uncle to Brooke, Paige, Travis, Thomas and Cole.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service 12 PM at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St. Harrison, OH 45030. Burial to follow at Glen Haven Cemetery
Due to covid the funeral services will be limited to family only. You may watch on Brater Winter Funeral Home's facebook where it will be live. If you would like to join us and go in procession to the Cemetery line up at 12:30 pm. Graveside services are open to the public with Military honors provided by the Harrison Honor Guard and the US Airforce.
Everyone will be required to wear a mask and if you are feeling ill please do not attend the services.
