Thomas Ames

Thomas "Tommy" J. Ames, of College Hill, passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 78.  He was born on October 6, 1942 in Niagra Falls, NY to James and Patricia (Thomas) Ames.  Tommy is survived by his loving wife Karen (nee Walsh) Ames; dear siblings: Barbara Sehlhorst, Donald Ames, Cindy (Larry) Raterman, Michael (Barb) Ames, Linda (Ken) Betz, Tim (Connie) Ames, George (Linda) Ames, Janet (Stu) Green, Virgie (Ralph) McDonald, Theresa (Doug) Damen and the late Jim Ames.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Visitation, 3172 South Road, Cincinnati, OH 45233 on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 9:30 am.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. The funeral services will be live streamed.  The link is below in the service listing. Masks will be required and please follow social distancing guidelines.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials may be made to Emergency Shelter of NKY, PO. BOX 332, Covington, KY 41012 or Freestore Food Bank, 1250 Tennessee Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45229. You can bring your donations to the mass and give to a funeral home representative or you may mail your donation to either charity.
