The sound of her laughter, which was contagious, is one of the many wonderful memories Susan E. Seal leaves behind.
On Thursday, December 28, 2022, Susan went to be with Jesus, at the age of 52. She was born on January 20, 1970, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana to Dianne Slaughter. Susan’s greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren. She was blessed with two children: Ashley and John. It wasn’t just her family for which Susan took such loving care, she also watched over everyone around her, including her children’s many friends over the years. She had a very generous and giving heart and never knew a stranger. Susan enjoyed life; she loved to spend time with family and friends, to laugh, and to dance.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Ashley (Joe) Lucas and John Collins; grandchildren: Elijah Lucas, Kimber Collins, and Eve Collins; mother: Dianne Dohn; siblings: Deidrea Eagle and Brett (Pam) Dohn; nieces and nephews: Layne and Sam Dohne, Lydia and Zoe Cothran, Alysia Slaughter, and Kirstie Goodall.
Visitation will be held at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St, Harrison, Ohio on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 3:00 pm.
Susan loved flowers, so the family would like to see her surround her by them. For those wishing to make a memorial donation, please make checks payable to the Lupus Foundation of America. A funeral home representative will be available during the services to accept memorials. If you are unable to attend memorials may be mailed to the funeral home.
