Patricia A (Stoppiello) Wright

Patricia A. (nee Stoppiello) Wright, of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at the age of 80. She was born on October 16, 1941, in Hamilton, Ohio to Alfred and Georgia (nee Mobley) Stoppiello. Pat was a wonderful mom to Cindy and Kelley. She met James Wright, and they were married in 1972. She then became a bonus mom to Cheryl, Bryan, and Teresa. Pat's hobbies included gardening, doing crossword puzzles, and playing games. She enjoyed Scrabble, card games, and was the queen of Chinese Checkers. Pat was very competitive, but also knew how to lose gracefully. She dedicated her life to her family. Pat especially enjoyed taking her grandchildren to the movies and spending time with them. 

She was preceded in death by her husband: James Wright; bonus daughter: Teresa Wright; parents: Alfred and Georgia Stoppiello; siblings: Kenny Stoppiello and Mike Stoppiello.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Cindy (Mark) Roe,  Kelley (Tom) Mess; bonus children: Cheryl (Kenny) Mathews, and Bryan Wright; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her sister-in-law: Diane "Di" Stoppiello. 

A Gathering of Friends will be held at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St., Harrison, OH 45030, on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 10:00 am until the time of Memorial Service at 11:30 am.  Burial to follow at St. Stephen's Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. A funeral home representative will be present to help with donations the day of the services. If you are unable to attend, you may mail your memorial to Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.
