Mary E Durbin

Mary E. Durbin, of Green Twp, passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at the age of 72. She was born on October 5, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Thomas & Regina (Schwegman) Durbin. Mary was 14 minutes younger than her twin sister, Dottie. Ten months later, triplet brothers were born with one passing away at 6 days old. Another brother was born five years later. Mary grew up in Sayler Park, moved to Milford, then South Carolina, and back to Cincinnati area. She went to St. Aloysius and Seton High School. Mary went to mass regularly; she was part of the bereavement team, played guitar, and sang at masses. She was also a part of the Parish Council. Mary worked at Ford Motor Credit for 36 years. She always had a positive attitude. Mary played volleyball and softball. She loved the Reds, Bengals, Buckeye Football, and Xavier Women's Basketball. Mary had so many wonderful family and friends which she dearly loved. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her siblings: Dottie (the late John "Tom") Cummings, Dave (Karen) Durbin, Dennis (Pat) Durbin, and Mark (Gaynell) Durbin; nieces and nephews: Holly Taylor, Jennifer (Dan) Doyle, Greg (Christi) Durbin, and Brad Durbin.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas & Regina Durbin; brother: Daniel Durbin. 

Visitation will be held at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 138 Monitor Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45233, on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Aloysius on the Ohio, 134 Whipple St. Cincinnati, Ohio 45233, on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 11:30 AM.  Celebration of life at Plague Hall immediately following.

Memorials may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research. A funeral home representative will be available during the visitation and services to accept memorials on behalf of the family.  If you are unable to attend, mail your donation (made payable to charity above) to Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S.
