Margaret (Bradburn) Martin

Margaret “Margie” (née Bradburn) Statler Martin, passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 75.  She was born on March 22, 1947 in Cincinnati to Ralph Sr. And Elaine (née Hathaway) Bradburn.  She was the oldest of her 3 siblings: Cathy, Janet & Ralph.  She worked at Seagram’s in Lawrenceburg, IN for 40 years starting at the bottom and working her way up to Tax Clerk.  She was a hard worker, which she picked up from her mom.  Margie was tough but loved her family fiercely.  She was the matriarch of the family and kept everyone in line and gave them jobs….Even in the Hospital she was giving the doctor’s orders.  When Margie was younger, she enjoyed bowling in her free time.  After retiring she enjoyed visiting Argosy Casino and playing the slots. 

Her legacy of strength and love will live on in her children: Janet (Karl) Dudding & Jay Statler; cherished grandchildren: Jimmy Dudding, Nikki (Sophia Homans) Eichelkraut & Jaylynn Statler; great grand pup: Tucker;  beloved siblings: Cathy Bradburn, Janet Voll, Ralph (Gretchen) Bradburn Jr. and many nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 138 Monitor Ave, Sayler Park on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 10 am until the blessing service at 12 pm. Entombment to follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (Old).

Memorials may be made to St. Dominic Catholic Church. Donations can be made directly to the church.
