Marcella Mae (Jackoby) Foster

Marcella Mae Foster, nee Jackoby, of Harrison, passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 93.  She was born on July 14, 1928, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Henry Sr. and Elizabeth (nee Sarver) Jackoby.  She married Powell B. Miller Sr. and they were blessed with three children: Henry Elvis Miller and Powell B. Miller Jr. and Kathryn Miller.  Marcella was active in the V.F.W Auxiliary, D.A.V, Navy Wives Club, and the Garfield Reunion Organization. She worked as an assembler for Random Electronics.  Marcella was also a member of the Miami Whitewater United Methodist Church. 

Visitation will be at Brater Winter Funeral Home, Harrison, on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 11 am until the funeral service at 12 PM.  Burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Veterans Hospital.
