Edythe Schroeder Obituary

Edythe (nee Will) Schroeder, of Bright, Indiana passed away July 5, 2022, at the age of 72. Edythe was born in Cincinnati to Carroll Will Sr. & Dorothy (nee Paff) Will.  She married Dale Schroeder on October 13, 1973, and together they were blessed with 4 children: Dale, Douglas, Emily, and Erica.  In her younger years she was good at softball, volleyball & bowling.  She enjoyed traveling to Michigan, especially to see the Lighthouses.  Edythe also enjoyed camping. On every trip, she always had her children pick up rocks or boulders to bring home to remember the trip. Edythe was always caring for her family. She was always making something sweet in the kitchen.  The smell of her zucchini and Amish bread would make anyone's stomach growl and mouth water. There are many memories that the Schroeder family will carry on as memories, and she made the world a better place.

Edythe was preceded in death by her loving husband: Dale Schroeder Sr. in August of 2021; parents: Carroll Sr., & Dorothy (nee Paff) Will; brother: Carroll Will Jr.; mother-in-law: Felicia (nee Hill) Schroeder; and brother-in-law: Daniel Cregar.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Dale (Kimberly) Schroeder, Jr., Douglas (Stacey) Schroeder, Emily (Jeffrey) Tucker, and Erica (Errin) Humphry; grandchildren: Desirae (TJ Connett) Schroeder, Dawson Schroeder, Hannah Tucker, Addison Schroeder, Bryson Tucker, Kailee Schroeder, Elisah Humphry, Alexander Tucker, Easton Humphry, and Eva Humphry; Father-in-law: Eugene Schroeder; Sisters-in-law: Linda Will & Karen Cregar.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.
