Denise E. Diersing, of Green Township, passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 66. Denise was born on June 13, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Thomas and Florence (nee Pangallo) Ryan. She became a mom to Brad and two yrs later married Jay Diersing on March 26, 1983. They were blessed with two sons Dennis and Patrick. Denise was a cage manager for Miami Valley Gaming for many years. She loved line dancing at Jay Jays back in the day and more recently at Jim and Jacks. Denise also enjoyed attending concerts with her son Dennis. When she was at home she always had the TV on and you better not turn it off even if she wasn't in the room. Denise was also an wonderful cook... Italian food and her meat loaf were amazing. Working at Miami Valley Gaming she also enjoyed gambling in her spare time for fun. Most important to her was her family.
She just celebrated their 40 year anniversary with Jay Diersing; she was the loving mom of Brad Teeters, Dennis (Marie) Diersing and the late Patrick Diersing; cherished grandma of Harley Kist, Riley Teeters, Emma, Olivia & Meadow Diersing; and beloved great grandma of Liam and Valerie. Denise was also a dear sister of Kathy (Raymond) White, and the late Edward Ryan; sister-in-law of: Jim (Susan) Diersing, John (Diane) Diersing, Mary (Chuck) Hais, Jerry Diersing (Maury Drummey), Carol (the late Joe) Ransick, Joe Diersing, Betty (John) Joyce, & Jeff (Sarah) Diersing; and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine Street, Harrison, Ohio on July 18, 2023, from 10 am until the time of the Blessing Service at 12 pm. Burial to follow at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. Fr. Paul Ruwe officiating the services.
