Brenda A (Swager) Leimann

Brenda A. Leimann, of Sayler Park, passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 84.

She was born on January 2, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Alison and Dorothy (nee Hahm) Swager.  Brenda attended UC college and then married Richard Leimann on October 10, 1959.  They had 2 children: Richard J. & Lynn.  Brenda was a stay at home mom and also helped her husband with his businesses.  She went to work and got a job at Hamilton County Courthouse as a microfilm recorder.  She worked her way up to inspector before her retirement.  In her free time, she enjoyed reading and if she had a good book would stay up reading all night long.  Watching Halmark movies, Golden Girls shows and Murder She Wrote was also some of her favorites in life.  Brenda thoroughly enjoyed getting her hair done, going out to lunch, and going shopping. These outings always put her in a great mood. Brenda loved her grandchildren and spending time with them. She taught them to never go shopping at Kroger's on New Years Eve and how to always complain about the weatherman's predictions for the day. 

Brenda was preceded in death by her husband Richard Leimann; parents: Alison and Dorothy (Hahm) Swager.

Those left to keep her love for reading and complaining about the weathermen are her children: Rick Leimann and Lynn Arnsperger; cherished grandchildren: Cory (Jordan) Arnsperger, Nick Arnsperger and Richard Leimann; great grandchildren: Jack and Ryan Arnsperger.

Visitation will be at Eden Chapel U.M.C on Wed., May 17, 2023, from 10 am til the Service 12pm. Burial will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
