Marilyn Bartholomew Obituary

Marilyn T. Bartholomew, of Cincinnati, passed away February 8, 2019, at the age of 93. Marilyn was born September 28, 1925 to Samuel B. and Gertrude (nee Miller) Trescott. She then married the late Almon S. Bartholomew and together they were blessed with three daughters: Shannon, Lynne, and Jane. Marilyn enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading books. She also loved retirement in Florida, until moving back to Ohio in 2005. Marilyn was known as a sweet lady and one who put others first.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters: Shannon (Ron) Fuller, Lynne (Dave Allender) Bartholomew, and Jane (Mike Krim) Bartholomew; grandchildren: Steve & Tim Fuller; sister: Rosanne Kretchun; and nephews: Mark, Mike, & David Jones and David & Rob Kretchun.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband: Almon S. Bartholomew; her parents: Samuel and Gertrude Trescott; her sister: Frances Jones; and nephew: John Jones.

Services will be held privately with the family.
