Carole Lee Abrams

Carole L. (nee Thorn) Abrams, resident of Harrison, passed away January 18, 2018 at the age of 75. She was born on August 29, 1942 to the late Harold and Frances (nee Dunn) Thorn in Boston, MA. She met Douglas L Abrams and they were married 3 months later on November 5, 1964. They were blessed with two children: Douglas and Cindy. Carole enjoyed being a mother and grandmother. She never met a stranger and was always making friends. Carole enjoyed traveling all over the world with her husband.

Those surviving who will cherish her memory are her loving husband Douglas L. Abrams; Son: Douglas and his wife Cindy Abrams; Daughter: Cindy and her husband Tom Rich; loving grandchildren: Jacob and Nolan Abrams, Michael, Matthew and Ryan Rich; beloved sisters: Hilda (Robert) Connley and Cynthia Hatfield; brother-in-law Dave Zacheis.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Frances Thorn; siblings: Carolynn (Jack) Trainor, Marsha Zacheis, and Paul Thorn; brother in law Robert Hatfield.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 10:30 until the time of the service at 11 AM at Legacy Christian Church; 207 North Vine St., Harrison, Oh 45030. A reception will be held following the service at the church. Burial will be Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 2 PM at Highland Cemetery, 2167 Dixie Hwy., Ft. Mitchell, KY 41012.
