Virginia Wiedemann Obituary

Virginia "Jenny" Wiedemann, resident of Harrison, OH, passed away at the age of 59, on Sept. 20, 2017 at her home with her family by her side.

She was born on November 11, 1957 in West Harrison, IN to Theodore R. and Grace (nee Ponder) Bowling. She married Mark Wiedemann on March 15, 1980 and they were blessed with a wonderful daughter Amanda. Amanda was her best friend and confidant. Virginia was a simple person keeping her family close and spending time together. One of her favorite places was vacationing on the Gulf side of Florida. She enjoyed sitting on the beach and the relaxation of nature. Locally she loved the wonderful parks that Harrison have to offer. Jenny was a football fan, especially old school football teams, her favorite being the Green Bay Packers. She led by example and was a wonderful wife. Jenny showed that in marriage you have the ups and downs but with love, understanding, acceptance and commitment you can get through life's difficult times together with grace and a stronger marriage.

She is survived by her loving husband Mark G. Wiedemann; cherished daughter and son in law: Amanda & Jeff Browning; Siblings: Bronson, John & Melvin "Buck Shot" Bowling, Carol Hesser, Lois Turner, Wanda Gillespie and many nieces nephews and friends.

Jenny was preceded in death by her parents.
