Tom is survived by his loving wife: Jamie (nee Bronnert) Wellinghoff; devoted parents: James & Carol (nee Logsdon) Wellinghoff; 3 loving duaghters; 1 cherished granddaughter; and 2 dear sisters & 2 loving brothers.
