Raymond Spille Obituary

Raymond "Inky" Spille, resident of Sayler Park, passed away May 26, 2017, age 86.
He was born on August 13, 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late William and Margaret (nee Paff) Spille. He was the youngest of 13 children. Raymond served our country with honor as a member of the United States Army from November 29, 1951 until November 6, 1953. He married Margie Yunker on November 23,1963 and was blessed with 2 children: Michael and Diane. Raymond worked for the railroad never taking a day off. He was a member of St. Aloysius on the Ohio and the Knights of Pythias.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53yrs: Margie (nee Yunker) Spille. Devoted children: Michael (Donna) Spille & Diane (Tim) Hibbard; grandchildren: Mark, Michelle Spille, Matthew & Leah Hibbard; Sister-in-laws: Ruby & MaryAnn Spille, JoAnn, Irene & Marietta Yunker. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents and 12 siblings: Virginia, Herbert, Joseph, Lawrence, William, Alvin, Robert, James Spille, Mary Moloney, Cecilia & Margaret Martini & Elizabeth VanHook.
Mass of Christian Burial at St. Aloysius on the Ohio, Sayler Park, Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10 AM. Visitation will be Wed. May 31, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Brater-Winter Funeral Home, 138 Monitor Ave., Sayler Park, OH 45233. Burial will be held at St. Joseph New with military honors proceeding mass.
Memorials to St. Al's School Library fund may be brought to the visitation, mass, or mail to the funeral home if you are unable to attend.
